FAQs
Still Curious? Let’s Answer Your Questions
Your session begins with a personalized consultation where our provider reviews your goals, medical history, and treatment options. Depending on your needs, the therapy may be delivered through an IV infusion, targeted joint/tissue injection, Nebulizer, Microneedling and many more . The session itself is comfortable and typically takes 45–60 minutes.
How often should I get these therapies?
The frequency depends on your unique health goals and the condition being addressed.
Joint Pain & Injuries – Many clients benefit from 1–3 targeted sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart.
Systemic Wellness & Anti-Aging – Often started as a short series of infusions, followed by maintenance once or twice per year.
Neurological & Chronic Conditions (such as Parkinson’s, dementia, autoimmune issues, or cancer support) – These often require a more personalized treatment plan, which may include multiple sessions spread out over several months, with follow-up maintenance as needed.
Every client is different. Your provider will carefully evaluate your condition and recommend a plan tailored to your needs.
Are there any side effects?
Most clients tolerate exosome and stem cell therapy very well, no matter the route of administration. Side effects are typically mild and temporary, and depend on how the therapy is given:
IV Infusion → Possible temporary fatigue, mild headache, or flu-like symptoms as your body adjusts.
Intramuscular (IM) Injection → Mild soreness or redness at the injection site.
Joint/Tendon Injection → Temporary stiffness, swelling, or mild discomfort in the treated area.
Nebulizer (inhalation) → Occasional throat irritation or coughing.
Microneedling with Exosomes (skin therapy) → Temporary redness, sensitivity, or mild swelling in treated skin areas.
Serious side effects are rare, and all clients receive a thorough consultation to ensure safety and suitability before treatment.
Stem Cells: Living cells that can develop into different types of tissues and release healing signals.
Exosomes: Tiny messengers released by stem cells that carry those healing signals (proteins, growth factors, microRNAs) to help reduce inflammation and support repair.
👉 Think of stem cells as the “factory” and exosomes as the “packages” they send out.

Exosome and stem cell therapies are considered generally well tolerated, but safety always depends on your unique health status and the way treatment is administered.
These therapies are being explored for a wide range of conditions — from joint pain and injuries to autoimmune issues, neurodegenerative diseases, and even cancer support. Because everyone’s health journey is different, treatment plans are always personalized after a thorough consultation with our provider.
How soon will I see results?
Some clients notice improvements in inflammation, energy, or mobility immediately, hours or days to weeks depending on conditions.
Others may see gradual benefits over 1–3 months as the body repairs and regenerates.
Results vary depending on age, condition, and overall health.
Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles naturally released by cells that carry signals to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and encourage regeneration. They are not cells themselves but rather communication messengers.
IV Infusion → for full-body wellness, anti-aging, and systemic inflammation.
Targeted Injection → directly into joints, tendons, or tissues for arthritis, injuries, or localized pain.
Combination Therapy → IV + injection for both systemic and local benefits.

Currently, exosome and stem cell therapies are not FDA-approved for specific conditions. They are considered experimental regenerative therapies. Many clients choose them because of their potential benefits, but we always review risks and alternatives during your consultation.
